All of the information, goods, and services on the ManHar Organics website are an "invitation to offer." Your purchase order represents your "offer" and is subject to the terms and conditions indicated below. ManHar Organics has the right to accept or reject your offer without providing a reason.

You (The User) have accepted the following terms and conditions in order to access the ManHar Organics website. At any moment, reserves the right to add, remove, amend, or modify these terms and conditions. The following conditions apply to any customer who orders ManHar Organics goods from any channel in India/World.

• We have made every attempt to correctly reflect the colour of our items that show on the site. However, because the actual colours you see will be determined by your monitor, we cannot guarantee that the colour display on your monitor will be true. Please keep in mind that the images are representative of the genuine items and may differ somewhat from what is presented on our website in certain situations.
• The User declares that he or she is at least 18 years old or has the approval of a parent or legal guardian.
• ManHar Organics shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of their use of the services on ManHar Organics. This includes, but is not limited to, revenue or data loss caused by delays, non-delivery, missing deliveries, or service disruptions caused by the vendor's act or omission. This liability disclaimer also applies to any damages or injuries caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, or any other cause of action.
• ManHar Organics would accept "Full Responsibility" for your Order if it was shipped to any of the major cities where we utilized "Private Courier Companies" for shipping it.
• Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of ManHar Organics. Cancellation requests for orders placed on ManHar Organics will not be accepted. ManHar Organics retains the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product described incorrectly or for any other reason. This applies whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or money has been received. The payment will be returned, and the User will be notified.
• If a non-delivery or late delivery happens as a result of a User error (i.e. incorrect or incomplete name or address, or recipient not accessible), any additional costs incurred by ManHar Organics for re-delivery will be collected from the User submitting the purchase.
• The User undertakes to provide information that is accurate, authentic, and truthful. ManHar Organics maintains the right, at any time, to confirm and authenticate the information and other data given by the User. If any of these User information are proven to be false, ManHar Organics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse the registration and prevent the User from accessing ManHar Organics' services without prior notice.
• ManHar Organics shall not be held responsible for any form of credit card fraud. The liability for fraudulently using a card will be on the user, and the onus to 'prove otherwise' will be solely on the user. On the site, the User must only use his or her own card.
• ManHar Organics will not accept any complaints beyond 15 days from the day the purchase was delivered. This agreement shall be interpreted in line with Indian law.
